Location was convenient as it was close to shopping centers and restaurants. I appreciated having a clean room during my business trip, and the staff was friendly when I interacted with them.

The hotel needs major renovations as the facilities and amenities are outdated. The elevator and hallway smelled bad, and the carpet was stained.

Great value and location During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money and prime location of this hotel. the tariff for a double room with breakfast for 2 people was unbeatable. It was more than I expected for the price. Plus, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to department stores and great eateries. the convenient location made it easy for me to explore and enjoy the city.

The Petchkasem Grand Hotel Surin is a nice budget option with excellent value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the location on Elephant festival. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms with breakfast were sufficient for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in providing a variety of breakfast options, although I did notice that the fried eggs could have been warmer.

The décor of the hotel could use an update to make it look a bit more modern, but this does not take away from its charm.
